About
We are a family run a independent coffee horsebox and we take our trailer to various events, festivals and pop ups around Devon and the surrounding areas throughout the year. Recently we have traded at The Axe Vale Show, Craft Festival Bovey Tracey and the Sidmouth Folk Festival.
We are based in Exmouth and we use as many locally sourced ingredients as we can, including some homegrown ingredients for our cakes.
Our coffee is from the amazing Crankhouse Roastery in Exeter and we use Dave’s lovely CHX blend beans.
We offer plant based milks at no extra charge to customers, as well as some gluten free options and we choose to only offer vegetarian and vegan products.
Our cakes and sweet offerings are all homemade by Ann and where we are able, we bake with homegrown ingredients from Nat’s allotment on Dartmoor.
We use Heron Valley as our local soft drinks supplier and we get our lovely hot chocolate from the Devon Coffee Company.
All our cups, lids and bags are biodegradable and recyclable and we actively try to reduce the amount of waste we produce. We are also able to run fully off grid using gas and leisure batteries or off an electricity supply
Available for Public and Private Events
Bring proper coffee to your guests. 165 Coffee and Provisions is a family-run speciality coffee horsebox, and we’d love to park up at your next occasion.
We pour freshly made espresso drinks, iced coffees, loose-leaf teas, hot chocolate and cold drinks, with oat and coconut milk always on board. There’s also a counter of homemade cakes and bakes to go with them.
We’re available for
- Weddings, breakfasts, afternoons, evening events or morning afters
- Birthdays, parties and family celebrations
- Village fêtes, markets and festivals
- Corporate events, open days and team away-days
- Sports days, shows and community gatherings
Our vintage horsebox looks the part in a field, a courtyard or a marquee, and we arrive ready to serve. We can work with you on a hosted package where you cover the drinks, or simply come along and trade.
Get in touch with your date, location and rough guest numbers, and we’ll come back to you with availability and a quote.
